Absolutely, this is a major purchase and you will learn very important information about the property that will reveal the present condition. You can also learn information & tips that will help maintain the property beyond purchase. So, be there or have someone there representing you.

How long is the inspection?
Depending on the size of the property & deficiencies found, on an average allow approximately 2 to 3 hours for us to perform a good thorough inspection.

When do I pay?
Since the inspection report will be turned in immediately on-site after the inspections, payment will also be accepted on-site. After the report has been submitted.
